Since 2003, the Delavan Historical Society’s focus has been to educate and preserve and create awareness for Delavan’s unique and storied past. The Delavan Historical Society Exhibit and Resource Center provides the community with a place to collect, preserve and keep safe documents and items that reflect the history of the City and Town of Delavan.

The Walldogs are a group of talented sign and mural artists from all over the world. The Walldog movement began in 1993 when dozens of artists gathered in Allerton, Iowa to paint several large historic wall advertisements. The tradition of painting wall advertisements is continued today by this modern pack of artists as they paint in the design styles of the past. From the colors they use to the art styles they practice, these artists capture the history and culture of every town they visit.

The East Troy Area Historical Society’s mission is to collect, preserve and share the rich history of the entire East Troy area. In further fulfillment of this mission, the Society also presents informative historical programming through the year at different venues, along with educational programs and tours for school age children.

Enjoy a 14 mile scenic round trip ride aboard restored trolleys or interurban cars. The East Troy Depot and Museum is on the National Register of Historic Places. The Museum strives to provide a fascinating, inviting and thought-provoking visit where our guests can enjoy our experiences and exhibits. We strive to capture the history of the Geneva Lakes Area over many decades to the present. Our exhibits are “the real thing”. The collections of artifacts of furniture, clothing, boats, instruments, and all the rest are items from the area. Most of which have been donated by residents whose families have made the whole area what it is today. Come and learn and enjoy.

The Walworth County Historical Society (WCHS) is a vibrant center dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich history of Walworth County, Wisconsin. Featuring a wide range of attractions, including the Webster House Museum, Walworth County Veterans Museum, Doris Reinke Research Center, and more, WCHS offers engaging exhibits and educational programs for visitors of all ages.

Whitewater Historical Society

The Whitewater Historical Society collects, preserves, and interprets the history of Whitewater, Wisconsin and surrounding towns.  To fulfill this mission, the society holds four general interest meetings each year that feature programs and/or speakers on topics of local history.  The society operates a museum of local history that is housed in the historic Whitewater Passenger Depot, and it oversees the preservation of the historic Stone Stable nearby.
