You can’t go wrong with their tenderloin stroganoff, homemade meatloaf and creamy potato mash, or their mac & cheese (don’t forget to add lobster or bacon!

A comfort food with puff pastry, tasty chicken, veggies, and rich gravy…count us in! Someplace Else in Elkhorn (that’s the name of the restaurant not a confusing intro to this comfort food!) serves up tasty pub food but their No.1 best seller is their chicken pot pie. Head to Someplace Else on Wednesdays when their pot pies are on special, and warm up with a plate full of comfort food. Pro tip: It’s the size of the plate so come hungry or bring someone to split it with.

If the spicy pizza options at Oakfire don’t warm you up on a chilly day, a table with a view of the wood-fired pizza oven just might. Start with one of their seasonal specialty cocktails and a creamy burrata appetizer. Then for pizzas, their pepperoni features thick-cut pepperoni and a honey drizzle. For a little spice, the Spicy Ezzo features thick-cut pepperoni, spicy sopressata, chili flakes, and a honey drizzle – a little sweet and a little spice.
