The farm’s name rhymes with, “hot bottle,” and is an acronym for, “living off the fat of the land.” From a seasonal plant sale in the spring to meat and produce CSA offerings, this farm can be found at a Milwaukee farmers market and online.
QuintaMKE, East Troy
Quinta is a vegetable farm at the Honey Creek Collective, that sells produce through a CSA, at farmers markets and local restaurants. They specialize in super sweet cherry tomatoes but grow over 30 varieties of vegetables.
